SYNOPSIS
La gran cita is an innovative entertainment format that blends reality, emotion and artificial intelligence to answer one question: can AI predict love better than human intuition?
The experiment begins with 100 participants, among whom AI has identified 50 highly compatible couples. Over the course of 8 episodes, they go on dates, experience living together, meet each other’s families, embark on a 48-hour getaway and face decisions that put their emotions to the test, all without knowing whether the person they have chosen matches their AI-selected ideal partner.
Featuring real-life participants, an inclusive casting approach and a story full of twists, the programme culminates in La gran decisión (The Big Decision), where the couples decide whether to stay together and viewers discover what happened months later. A format with the ambition to become a major television phenomenon.
