SYNOPSIS
Spain, 1968. Esteban Guerra is a young RTVE executive tasked with achieving what seems impossible: winning the Eurovision Song Contest. A direct request from the dictator Francisco Franco. With no musical experience but eager to advance, Esteban takes the reins of the project and convinces the quirky Artur Kaps, the man behind the era’s major television shows, to join the adventure. Together, they embark on “Operation Eurovision,” a plan to find the perfect song and performer to project the image of a modern, open country across Europe, just as the government desires.
