SYNOPSIS
La Travessa, Catalonia’s adventure reality show, presents a new route — from the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean.
An epic challenge that will take the contestants across Catalonia from north to south, from the border to the Ebro Delta. It’s more than 300 kilometers by land, sea, and air, with a single goal: to be the first to reach Mitjorn Beach and take home the €20,000 prize.
The competition reaches a new level. More adventurers, more kilometers, and even greater difficulty. Eleven pairs from across Catalonia will fight not to fall behind. If they want to make it to the end, they’ll have to push past all their physical and mental limits — because in this adventure, strength alone isn’t enough: strategy is key.
Over 16 days, they’ll journey across Catalonia, overcoming all kinds of challenges: rowing in open sea, climbing impossible cliffs, crawling through caves, facing their fear of heights on the most rugged peaks, and swimming across the Ebro River. An adventure through which viewers will discover the richness of Catalonia’s historical and natural heritage.
Laura Escanes returns to lead La Travessa. We’ll see her in full action — climbing and flying over the Montsant cliffs. And this year, the dilemmas will make the contestants doubt themselves like never before.
